V-LINE MOTORSPORTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The terms and conditions shall fully supersede and replace any and all prior written or verbal agreements, understandings or communications between V-line motorsports and the buyer with respect to the products, including those contained in any purchase order (either verbal or concrete) submitted by the buyer. V-Line will not be liable for any damages which are incurred directly or indirectly on the vehicles, operators or passengers of the vehicle.

- ALL orders take approx. 1-4 days to process
- No cash refunds…(only store credit w/ approval of manager)
- Manufacturer's warranty only ( NOT through V-Line motorsports)
- No warranty, exchange, refunds on all lights and electrical products.- except when noted
- V-line is not responsible for any products not purchased from V-Line motorsports
- V-Line motorsports shall not be liable for any failures to produce product to customer when the cause of such is the result of: supplies or material shortages, forces of nature or acts of God, utility or communication problems, labor disputes and/or any other causes that does not normally occur in the ordinary course of V-Line motorsports business
- V-line is not liable for customer's personal belongs left in vehicle and/or vehicle itself during services
- V-line is not responsible for any misconceptions or disappointments associated with products
- Cancellations of special orders results in a re-stocking fee.
- Special-order or Hold items left on V-Line motorsports premises must be picked up within 60 days of initial transaction
- V-line does not claim any part(s) to be street legal, smog legal, emission free, or worry free
- Some parts are for Off-Road, Race or Show purposes only. NOT for public hwy use.
- It is the customers' responsibility to re-torque all bolts, nuts, screws on items purchased and installed
- If Legal action to enforce terms and conditions, buyer will pay for all attorney/court fees
- We at V-Line motorsports urge customers to conform to their local, state, and federal laws.

SPECIAL ORDERS:
All special orders require a minimum nonrefundable deposit of 50% of total costs. If there is any cancellation for any reason by the Buyer, that deposit is forfeited immediately to V-Line Motorsports. V-Line Motorsports shall not be responsible for any late shipments. All shipping dates given are approximate. Buyer shall not be entitled to charge backs, reductions of price, or other offsets as result of late shipment or failure to deliver in estimated time of delivery. If special order item(s) are left over 60 days from time of V-Line Motorsports receiving parts in stock; and Buyer has not paid the rest of his or her balance or made any attempt whatsoever to claim their order, then the order shall be considered cancelled and all monies previously deposited shall be forfeited to V-Line Motorsports.

V-LINE MOTORSPORTS BODY KIT: AERO-DYNAMICS DISCLAIMER / CARBON FIBER HOODS:
Buyer fully understands that all body kits are sold "as is" with no warranty expressed or implied; due to the fact that most body kits are made of 100% fiberglass and most are imported from Asia (Japan/China/Taiwan/Korea). Buyer also understand that due to strict U.S. Federal and State Safety crash guidelines, driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment (cracking or breaking you aero parts) or act of nature / God, Allah, Jehovah, Buddha, etc - All body kits (aero components) are only recommended and legal to be used for off-highway use such as track racing or for exhibition show only! Buyer understands that all body kits (aero components) may need modifications for correct fitment such as removal of safety reinforcements, removal of factory bumper lights/side marker indicators, shaving, molding, etc. Because several of these kits are prototyped and used on NON-USA vehicles that have much less safety standards/requirements in their respected country of origin. Buyer understands that all body kits (aero components) require some prep work before paint: we are not responsible for any extra incurred fees, material fees, storage fees for skilled body shop/technician install and paint any body kit (aero components) for factory or show quality look. Not all body shops charge the same prices, or have the same quality work performed. We find that you get what you pay for! If local in Houston, TX or delivering vehicle to Houston, TX we work with paint/body shops that we can recommend body/paint work to be performed.
Buyer understands V-Line Motorsports is not responsible or liable for any vehicle delivery fees, transportation costs, towing fees, or incurred damages for bringing vehicle to Houston, TX for installation, paint and/or body modifications. If any aero part(s) arrive damaged or cracked bad enough it cannot be repaired, you must contact V-Line Motorsports immediately in order for claim to be processed and approved.
